This privacy policy applies to the website located at www.cdlegal.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Service, and contains information regarding the processing of personal data and other information for users of the aforementioned Service.

The privacy of users visiting the Website is of particular importance to the Company. Data provided by users and data collected automatically are used only for the purposes indicated in this privacy policy.

Information about the processing of personal data

The Administrator collects information about users through the forms on the website, in order to respond to the user's inquiry and to present, with the user's consent, commercial information, and, if the user makes an offer of employment or cooperation, to carry out the recruitment process. The user may provide the Company, through the forms on the website, with personal information such as name, telephone number and e-mail address, as well as other user data indicated in the question directed through the form.

  4. The administrator uses personal data for the purposes, on the grounds and for the period of time indicated in the table below. Provision of data is voluntary, while the consequences of failure to provide data are indicated in detail in the table.

  (7) The personal data provided will be subject to profiling, which is aimed at matching and proposing new services. Each time before making a decision on this subject, the personal data will be verified by an employee or associate of the Administrator.

  (8) The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the RODO.
